The manager zemyra is a true professional and very good at her job. She went beyond and above to make my stay as perfect as it always is.

The property was relatively clean. Tub not good or bad just ok. Most of my interactions were with the front desk. He was lovely and very helpful. Parking was initially unclear because on hillside. Most hotels now have safety feature of using your card to your room to get upstairs. Not true here. TV service was very basic and the TV itself was unclear vocally and picture unstable. I know this is Hilton's lower end hotel but it was truely lower end

This was a magnificent stay! The hotel is perfect!! Amazing location, excellent service! Rooms are comfortable and spacious, I recommend this property for anyone that wants to have an historical and enchanted stay!!!

If you are looking for a clean place just to sleep then this property is ok. However, during my stay there I discovered that the walls and floors are extremely thin. During my stay we had a kids baseball tournament going on and many of the families were staying on property. We heard kids running through the halls upstairs and then bouncing basketballs the next morning at around 5am. The pool was closed to any guests and only opened to a select group of people with a sign on the door stating this exact thing. They couldn’t keep food on the breakfast even on slow days without the kids. We woke up on our first morning there and had no hot water because somehow it was broken. But as I stated earlier, if you just want to sleep it is ok for that.
